During the Cornavirus emergency we are currently able to operate as the Government has classified waste removal as a 'critical' service. We will endeavour to operate to the best of our capabilities, however, there may be some disruption to our services as the situation evolves and advice and directions from the Government change. Our current restrictions are:

IF YOU'RE IN SELF-ISOLSATION: If you are under self-isolation we are not able to enter your home to remove any rubbish or bulky items. You will have to leave the items outside for us to collect, and under current Government guidelines it has to be outside your home for at least 72 hours before we can remove it. You will also need to book online as we will not be able to accept cash or card payments from you on collection.

IF YOU ARE NOT SELF-ISOLATING: For those not in self-isolation we prefer not to enter your home and require items for collection are left outside, although we can still accept cash or card payments on collection. We can enter empty homes/void properties and commercial premises, but our staff will not shake hands with you, nor will they get within 2 metres of anyone. We will not ask you to sign any paper-work or PDA device so as to minimize personal contact.

STAFF PROTECTION: Our staff have been instructed to maintain social distancing and to wash their hands frequently (all our vans are equipped with hand cleansing products) and to wear gloves at all times when on collections, as well as frequent cleaning of vehicle cabs (particularly steering wheels) as well as door handles. In addition, they will not attend work if they think they have Coronavirus symptoms and have been advised to self-isolate.
