Personal Data
We are committed to data security and will safeguard your personal information and not share it with any other organization, including other entities within the Iron Daisy group.

Where we record personal data (which will only ever be your name, address and contact phone number), it is for operational reasons only. All data is held on an 'off-line' system that is not connected to any of our websites.

Credit, Debit or Charge card payments are processed by a physical mobile card terminal carried on our vehicles and we do not collect any personal or financial data when payments or refunds are made. Online payments are processed through a secure facility and we perform an annual PCI DSS Compliance audit.

GDPR Compliance. We will not share your data with third parties nor use any of your details to contact you for marketing purposes. Your personal details are only held on our systems for administration purposes but you can request details are removed by writing to us at Iron Daisy Ltd, 7 Clarke Road, Mount Farm, Milton Keynes, MK1 1LG or email us at collect@yourwastegone.com.

Cookies
When browsing the Internet and using online services, this sometimes involves placing small amounts of information on your web enabled device, this includes small files known as cookies. They cannot be used to identify you personally.

Cookies are used to improve services for you, for example:

• Enabling a site to recognise your web enabled device (Phone, Computer, etc.) so you don’t have to repeat information already given
• Recognising that you may already have user-name and password so you don’t need to enter this every time its needed.
• Measuring how many people are using the site, so usability can be improved

We only retain a temporary cookie that checks if cookies are enabled on your computer. This expires after 72 hours (3 days). We do not have any 3rd party cookies on our website.

CCTV Images
We have several CCTV cameras around our warehouse, including some that are covert. We only record images for the protection of our stock, staff and our customers. The system is used primarily for crime detection, to record any other incidents and for remote monitoring of activities in the centre.

Digital images are recorded and held on a secure server at an off-site location. Our staff do not have immediate access to these images. All recorded images are deleted after a period of 6 months. Enquiries regarding our CCTV system should be directed to:
