We provide a low cost and prompt clearance service, and a comprehensive Void Property service to landlords. We clear homes, garages, storage containers and all types of commercial premises. Full or Partial clearances undertaken and we can collect keys from estate agents where you are not able to be present. We can remove carpets and curtains but not items attached to walls (such as built-in wardrobes) nor can we disconnect appliances from the mains services or remove permanently wired fixtures (such as wall or ceiling lights, stair lifts, etc.).

We have a fleet of five large vans and can handle all types of clearances, large or small. We can clear everything, including rubbish and garden waste and aim to recycle or reuse everything. This reduces our charges and enables us to offer the lowest cost clearance service in the area. .
