This covers waste up to 1 cubic yard or 100KG (whichever is the greater) and is roughly the equivalent volume/weight to 6-10 dustbin sacks or just a few bits and pieces. 1 cubic yard is an area 3ft x 3ft x 3ft (or 90cm x 90cm x 90cm). 100KG (220lb) is roughly equivalent to 30-35 modern type house bricks or two standard size domestic washing machines. It also covers single bulky items such as fridges, beds, larger mattresses, etc. but not sofas or other soft furnishings, or commercial fridges.
For business customers the charge is £35 plus VAT (£42 total). A VAT receipt and Waste Transfer Note will be issued to you on completion.
