LONG-ESTABLISHED: We are part of the Iron Daisy group, providing a first class recycling and reuse service since 2011.
NO CONTRACTS: We operate on a 'Pay As You Use' basis and will not tie you into contracts even for regular, scheduled visits. You are invoiced after each job. However we are happy to enter into contracts with you where necessary, especially to conform with your or your clients' KPIs, SLAs or other standards.
FOCUS ON RECYCLING & REUSE: We sort waste for recycling and reuse at our 5,000 sq ft facility in Milton Keynes, achieving a landfill diversion rate of over 98%. This operational efficiency ensures we maintain top-tier environmental standards while keeping our costs low - allowing us to deliver the most competitive waste management rates in the area.
ON DEMAND OR REGULAR COLLECTIONS: We supply on-demand waste collections, as well as regular visits to bin stores, communal areas, etc. and provide residential and commercial premises clearances. We remove just about any type of non-hazardous waste, including building/refit wastes, as well as collection of bulky items (sofas, beds, appliances, etc.). We also empty 80L to 360L bins, and 660L to 1100L wheelie bins with bagged GW or loose DMR, as well as skimming larger FEL bins and over filled skips. For on-demand collections we only charge by weight and volume. For regular/scheduled visits there's only a minimal attendance fee if there isn't any waste to take.
FULLY COMPLIANT: We are fully compliant with Environment Agency duty of care regulations with regards to the transporting, storage, processing and disposal of waste. We will supply a Waste Transfer Note after each collection, as well as a Consignment Note where applicable.
FULLY INSURED: We are fully insured with Public Liability and Employee Liability insurance for waste removal.
FULLY LICENCED: We are registered with the Environment Agency as waste carriers (CBDU55001 & CBDU484555), and we also have a T11 WEEE exemption for our operating base, as well as other exemptions.
PROMPT SERVICE: Collections completed within 1 working day and same day service available most days.
A GENUINE WHITE LABEL SERVICE: We operate a fleet of plain white 3.5 tonne vehicles that are not sign-written, ranging from large panel vans, low loaders and luton vans with tail lifts. Our crews wear plain uniforms that don't show our name or brand.
MONTHLY ACCOUNTS: We can offer 30 day credit accounts to VAT registered UK businesses and organizations, subject to acceptance.
OUTSOURCE PARTNERSHIPS: For brokers and other large organizations wanting to outsource their waste collection we can introduce ourselves to your clients as though we are your staff. We place great value on long-term alliances and won't poach your customers. We will always inform you if they contact us directly. You invoice your customers directly, we don't take payment from them but will let you know immediately if there is more, or less waste than you booked us to take or if there are any other issues with the collection. We will work to your procedures and Service Level Agreements. Our crews are issued with contract phones and we can load your App on them where applicable and/or our admin process can include uploading/emailing invoices, waste transer notes and consignment notes to you as well as before and after photos.
