All staff at Iron Daisy Recycling Ltd are checked for criminal convictions on the criminals records bureau (now known as the Disclosure and Barring Service, or DBS in England & Wales). We conduct a Stadard test which searches a person's criminal history to identify any convictions, both spent and unspent, cautions, warnings and reprimands. We usually only employ staff with a negative, or totally clean record especially for customer facing roles. Under no circumstances will we engage people with unspent convictions.
